Isagenix Expands Order Entry and Customer Service Hours


Now Isagenix Associates can access Order Entry and Customer Service for extended hours.

CHANDLER, AZ – January 3, 2006 – Effective Monday, January 9, 2006, Isagenix will expand the hours for Order Entry and Customer Service. The new hours will be:

Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (1/9/06-4/1/06)*

Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Saving Time (4/2/06-10/28/06)*

The increased hours of operation will allow Isagenix Associates to buy products and sign up new Associates at more convenient times throughout the day. The change will also help reduce wait times and improve customer service.

According to Isagenix CFO/COO Jim Pierce, “These expanded hours mean we can do a better job of supporting our Associates nationwide."

“We’re a growing company and our Associates have been asking us to expand our Customer Service hours,” added Rick Despain, VP of Marketing. “Now Associates can order their products or make a sign-up during or right after an afternoon meeting, regardless of whether they’re on the east or the west coast.”
